Refund policy

All Studio Ceramica bookings are non-refundable. Please review the terms below before booking.

Classes & Workshops

All bookings for classes and workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please give us at least seven (7) days' notice so we can reschedule you or transfer your spot to another participant. This policy also applies if your booking was made within the 7 day window.

4-Week Classes

Due to the tight scheduling and iterative, skill-building nature of our 4-week classes, individual sessions within these series cannot be rescheduled. Please make sure you are available for all four sessions prior to registering. No refunds will be issued. 

Private & Special Events

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private event, please notify us at least seven (7) days in advance to rebook into a future date. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to the rebooked event. If the number of participants decreases after booking, the portion of the deposit corresponding to each removed participant is forfeited. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than seven (7) days' notice forfeit the full deposit.

Minimum Enrolment Cancellations

All classes and workshops require a minimum of four (4) registered participants to proceed. If the minimum enrolment is not met, Studio Ceramica reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance and offered the option to rebook into a future class or receive studio credit.

Late Arrivals

Any missed instruction due to late arrival is the participant's responsibility. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling for late arrivals.

Quality, Breakage & Aesthetic Outcomes

Pottery is a combination of art and science. Breakage, warping, cracking, or glaze irregularities may occur during drying and firing. Glaze results, surface finishes, and final outcomes are not guaranteed to match examples, samples, or expectations. No refunds, credits, or remakes will be issued for quality, breakage or aesthetic outcomes.

Force Majeure

Studio Ceramica is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, severe weather, building access restrictions, government mandates, or instructor unavailability. In these cases we will offer you the choice to reschedule or receive studio credit. No refunds, credits, or remakes will be issued for force majeure.
